Please join us for a presentation by Alan Thomson about a new club initiative.

If you have attended recent general meetings you will know that the Club has started a project to identify and describe paddling day trips in the Victoria area. The intention is to create a resource for Club members to use when deciding where to paddle, by providing information about the attractions and the risks as well as practical guidance as to how to get there and what to expect.

Alan will present theplan to gradually collect this information for each of the trips, using Club members like you. Following the meeting Alan will join us for a paddle in the Gorge to demonstrate how to do the data collection (weather permitting). Don't forget to bring a lunch if you plan to paddle.
